Delivery Policy
Royal Mail Delivery Options:
- 48 hour tracked (2-4 working days) £3.99
- 24 hour tracked (1-2 working days) £5.99
- Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm (must order before 2pm. Not including the weekend) £9.99
How long do orders take to be dispatched?
- All products purchased before 8pm are dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays (this does not include bank holidays).
Delivery time depends on the option you select at checkout.
During large restocks we can get extremely busy so dispatch and delivery may be delayed by 1-3 days for UK orders and up to 5 days for International orders.
What do I do if I need my order urgently?
If you need your order for a special event or something urgent, please purchase the special delivery to get it next day depending on when you order.
Disclaimer: We will NOT be held responsible for courier delays, damage to items due to the courier or a missed delivery by the customer. Any issues regarding delivery should be raised with the courier themselves (Royal Mail).
